Chili Glop Recipe

This recipe came from my dad. He came home one day for lunch and had lots of mouths to feed. The only think he could think of that was quick and easy was this. If I remember correctly, we also hadn't gone to the grocery store in a while, so this was pretty much all he had in the cupboard.

2 cups rice

2 cans of chili

1 can of corn

Shredded Cheese(optional)

Taco Sauce (optional)

Tortilla Chips (optional)

Cook 2 cups rice as directed.

Add chili and corn to cooked rice

Microwave if it has cooled

Add toppings if desired. I like cheese and taco sauce

Cheap, fast, tasty, and it makes plenty!
